As a charming Orchid branch beautifully set in the heart of Hue city. Orchid hotel is only a few steps to the Huong River and just 1.5 km to the old citadel.

A 15 minute walk down the road along the Perfume River, Orchid hotel is on the right at 30A Chu Van An Street.

2. From Phu Bai Airport to Orchid hotel is about 14km:
Taxi fare costs around 10 USD and takes about 20 minutes. Shared – Taxi fare to the hotel only costs US$ 2.50 per person.

The Citadel: From Orchid Hotel, just walking over Truong Tien bridge, the city with the ancient royal palaces will be seen as it was in its imposing golden age.
Thien Mu Pagoda: is about 5km from Orchid Hotel. The Pagoda located by the Huong river reflects the beauty of an ancient temple and deserves to be one of the most famous pagodas in Vietnam.
Khai Dinh tomb: A great combination from two sources of Eastern and Western architecture and culture. The square of the tomb is a bit smaller than those of his predecessors but more sophisticated and splendid.
Tu Duc tomb: This is one of the most beautiful works of architecture of the Nguyen Dynasty. The whole view of Tu Duc’s tomb is seen as a significant natural park with all year round streams, wind blowing through evergreen tree leaves and the melodious musical sounds of birdsong. The tomb serves as the resting place for the well educated and most romantic King of the Nguyen dynasty.
Minh Mang tomb: A marvelous attraction of nature with many kinds of beautiful flowers. The tomb reflects the discipline, scholarly, intellectual and romantic soul of King Minh Mang.
Bronze casting village: bronze casting is one of the most traditional works of Vietnam. In Hue, groups of bronze casting workers live in a bronze casting ward which has still preserved the inherent beauty of casting arts and maintained production activities.
Phu Mong House and surrounding garden: a beautiful resort and the most famous villa in Hue. Set beside green bamboo and tea trees on a small road leading to the Phu Mong - Kim Long area, these houses and the gardens used to belong to royal officers of the Nguyen dynasty with its ancient architecture and romantic views.
Village of Phu Cam Conical hats: Welcome to Phu Cam Village to see a traditional craft of making conical hats. People call the hat “ Non Bai tho” means “A poetry hat” because it has a nice poem and a picture about Hue such as Thien Mu pagoda, Trang Tien bridge or Huong River set in the middle of the two thin layers of conical leaves. The poem and picture in the hat seen through sunlight have brought fame for itself and for the village.
Bao Vinh Fishing village: Bao Vinh was a former capital city of Hue. Like Hoi An, this ancient town in Quang Nam Province was founded before Danang city. Bao Vinh ancient town used to be a face of Hue in its golden time. Whoever would like to know how splendid Hue was in the old time should visit Bao Vinh ancient town because it used to be the main trading area and the oldest town of Hue city.
